Unlike our Home Rehabilitation program our Home Repair program is designed for homes with less severe repair needs and repairs are typically limited to one or two health and/or safety items.
A variety of home repair programs are available in the tri-county area.
Eligibility
Eligibility for our Home Repair program is based on household income. However, income guidelines are different depending on the specific program.
Typical repairs include:
- Foundation repairs
- Electrical repairs
- Plumbing repairs
- New roofs
- New furnaces
- Insulation
