What is the CHW Coalition?
The Southeast Ohio Coalition of Community Health Workers is a group of CHWs, Supervisors, and those invested in creating more equitable health outcomes in Southeast Ohio. The coalition strives to create a safe space for CHW’s to share, collaborate, and support one another.
CHW Coalition Mission
The Southeast Ohio Coalition of Community Health Workers’ mission is to foster growth and community among those working in the field of health equity. The coalition aims to provide CHWs with a space to share best practices, resources, and stories to better serve our communities.
