Homeowner Assistance Program (UAP) - HAPCAP

Homeowner Assistance Program (UAP)

February 15, 2024 Homeowner Tax Assistance Program Update

We know that many of our neighbors need assistance with paying their past-due and upcoming 2023 property taxes. We previously stopped taking new applications for our Homeowner Assistance Program due to limited funding and the utility portion of the program ending. Our funding is still limited, but we are now accepting new applications for property taxes only. Using appointments to process applications will help us manage requests while keeping an eye on the amount of funding we have left.

Making an Appointment
Starting today, we will start accepting calls to request an appointment. Please call 740-767-1089 to schedule. Please allow 48 hours for a return call. We will set an appointment when we return your call. You will need to know what dates and times you can come in. We will provide a list of documents you need to bring to your in-person appointment. Please be sure to collect these documents and bring them with you.
