For those facing food insecurity, each day can feel like a struggle full of impossible choices, like whether to buy food or medicine. It might mean skipping a meal to put gas in the car to get to work. But you can make things a little easier by supporting our efforts to end hunger in Southeast Ohio.
At the SE Ohio Foodbank, we leverage food, support, and resources to create a lifeline for people in need.
Our Impact
In 2022, we served 47,800 individuals who received food assistance an average of 5.7 times. Altogether, we provided meals or take-home groceries 271,834 times. We distributed 5.3 million pounds of food which equates to 4.4 million meals.
We believe that providing food and personal connection improves the overall health and well-being of our community. And with your support we know that we can make a difference in the lives of our neighbors facing hunger.
