The Hocking Athens Perry Community Action (HAPCAP) Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) plan will be available for public review and comment from December 5, 2021 through December 15, 2021. The CSBG program funds Community Action agencies throughout the state to create and implement projects at the local level that will help the counties that they serve. The plan will be made available at the following agency locations:
