We are seeking donated items for babies, new mothers, and their households. These items will be used in the Brining Health Home (BHH) program.
Bringing Healthy Home supports families during pregnancy and for four months post-partum, a critical time for the health of parents and babies. We aim to improve physical and mental health outcomes by increasing food access, addressing individual concerns, setting goals, and enhancing confidence in managing health.
