Hocking Hills Gives Back Campaign Provides More Than 4,300 Meals for Southeast Ohio Neighbors
Local businesses throughout the Hocking Hills once again came together to support neighbors facing hunger through the annual Hocking Hills Gives Back campaign, raising the equivalent of 4,363 meals for SE Ohio Foodbank.
This year’s participating businesses included Hocking Hills Lodge & Conference Center, BloomSky Flower Farm, Gifts That Give Back, The Orchard School, Rustic Ridge Lodge, and The Woodlands at Hocking Hills.
Hocking Hills Gives Back brings together local businesses that want to use their connection to the region to make a difference close to home. Throughout the campaign, participating businesses raise awareness and funds to support SE Ohio Foodbank and the neighbors it serves across Southeast Ohio.
Their support comes at an especially important time. Families, seniors, and individuals continue to turn to local food pantries and other hunger-relief programs in large numbers as the cost of groceries and other basic necessities remains difficult for many household budgets. Every contribution helps SE Ohio Foodbank keep food moving into communities where it is needed most.

Together, their support will provide the equivalent of more than 4,300 meals for our neighbors, and that kind of local commitment means more than ever as we continue to see significant need throughout the region.”
SE Ohio Foodbank works alongside a network of local food pantries and emergency food programs to help ensure neighbors throughout its 10-county service area have access to nutritious food. Campaigns like Hocking Hills Gives Back provide critical support for that work while giving businesses, residents, and visitors an opportunity to invest directly in the communities that make the Hocking Hills region special.
