About Us
Welcome to the HAPCAP for Health Market and Training Hub at Hocking Drive (The Market) in Logan, Ohio. The Market provides a multi-purpose space for neighbors to access food, workforce development programming and a wide range of community resources.
The Market is the result of HAPCAPs goal to improve health outcomes within our service area by providing holistic and collaborative programming that addresses the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH). This project is being funded in part through the Ohio’s Medicaid Managed Care Organizations’ Community Reinvestment Fund.
'Shop' The Market
The choice is yours. The Market is a supermarket-style food pantry, which provides choice and flexibility with accessing services. Choose the food that fits your family's needs. Fresh produce, protein, shelf-stable food items, and personal care items are available to individuals with low income. Additional services and resources will be available around shopping, meal planning, and food preparation.
Access additional resources in the CareSource Community Room. Wraparound services provided by Community Health Workers, other HAPCAP staff and community organizations will provide rotating on-site services.

Join the Work Program
The Training Hub provides workforce development opportunities for neighbors to prepare the workforce including training, certificates, and paid work experience in The Market. Neighbors visiting The Market are encouraged to apply.

Wraparound Services
The CareSource Community Room connects neighbors visiting the market to additional resources. Wraparound services are provided by Community Health Workers, HAPCAP staff/programs, and more community organizations. On-site services will be noted in the calendar, and Market staff are happy to assist visitors during any open hours.
