The Hocking. Athens. Perry Community Action (HAPCAP) Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) plan will be available for public review and comment from October 21, 2025 through October 31, 2025. The CSBG program funds Community Action agencies throughout the state to create and implement projects at the local level that will help the counties that they serve. The plan will be made available at the following agency locations:

- Perry County Service Center, 399 Lincoln Park Drive, Suite B, New Lexington, OH 43764
