Car Seat Application

Too often children sustain injuries in car accidents that could have been prevented had the child safety seat been efficient and properly installed. At HAPCAP we want to make sure that you and your child are safe and correctly secured in your vehicle.

Summer Camp

This program runs for 4 to 6 weeks during the summer months. Summer Camp participants meet five days a week, from 9:00AM to 2:00 PM, with breakfast and lunch provided. Transportation is offered for most families depending on where they live. It is sometimes necessary to ask some parents to provide the transportation for their child.

Early Head Start

Early Head Start is a federally funded home visitation program serving income-eligible pregnant women and children from birth to age three. EHS believes the first few years are learning years for both you and your baby. We will work to guide your family in a healthy and well-informed direction.
