SNAP Outreach Program
The Supplemental Nutrition AssistanceProgram (also known as "SNAP" or"food stamps") helps millions of families throughout the U.S. to buy food for their families. With your SNAP benefits, you can buy food for your household, such as breads, cereals, fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, poultry, and dairy products. Your monthly amount depends on your income, expenses, and how many people live with you.
HAPCAP for Health's SNAP Outreach Workers can answer your questions about SNAP or the application process. If you have any questions about SNAP or would like assistance with the application, please contact health@hapcap.org or by phone at (740) 385-6813.
