Surplus Vehicle for Sale
Hocking Athens Perry Community Action (HAPCAP) is coordinating the sale of a surplus vehicle. The vehicle will be sold “as is” and “where is”. HAPCAP will not be held responsible for any accident, injuries or malfunctions resulting from the purchased vehicle. There is no guarantee implied or assigned with the vehicle. Bidders are invited and urged to inspect the vehicle prior to submitting bids. Payments must be in the form of cash, Cashier’s Check, or money order payable to HAPCAP for the purchased vehicle. The vehicle must be paid in total upon pick up. Customer must pick up. All sales are final. All questions regarding the sale or inspection of this vehicle must be directed to Jessica Stroh at 740-767-4500.
