Human Resources Coordinator

Hocking Athens Perry Community Action (HAPCAP) is excited to announce that it has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Coordinator at the Central Office in Glouster, Ohio. This position is responsible for the administration of human resources and agency benefit plans; assisting in agency compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws, and regulatory agencies; and serving as HAPCAP’s Equal Employment Officer and Safety Coordinator.

A four year degree in Human Resources is preferred, but a two year degree in accounting or a business related field with two years of experience is acceptable. Applicants should be capable of working individually and as a team, possess excellent communication and computer skills, and have the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. In addition, applicants must be bondable, have good time management skills, be willing to work flexible hours, and be able to pass a criminal background check. The salary range for this position starts at $39,000 and includes a full fringe benefits package. HAPCAP is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
