Hocking Athens Perry Community Action (HAPCAP) is excited to announce that it has a Program Specialist position opening for the Perry County Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program (CCMEP), a program funded by the Perry County Department of Job & Family Services. HAPCAP’s mission is to mobilize resources to empower individuals and communities through advocacy and quality services that promote self-sufficiency and improved quality of life.

Program Specialist: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: case management, intake and referral activities, and providing support and wraparound services for eligible participants between the ages of 14-24 get the training and supports necessary to enter a career and break the poverty cycle. The annual salary for this position starts at $30,000 and includes a full fringe benefits package.

All applicants must be highly organized, be able to work individually and as a team, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy working with youth and young adults.

Applicants must also have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. This is a full time position that will begin immediately based in New Lexington, Oh.
