Hocking Athens Perry Community Action is excited to announce that it has an opening for an Employment Services Field Supervisor based in Athens County. This position will be supporting an ongoing Flood Clean Up project in Athens County.
The Employment Services Field Supervisor is responsible for compliance with guidelines, inventory and safety, supervision of disaster relief crews in clean up, restoration, and debris removal, as well as developing, monitoring and evaluating each worksite, maintaining appropriate filing systems, communicating with community groups, government and elected officials, completing daily job reports, and attending required trainings. Qualifications include: High School Diploma or GED, oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, computer skills, ability to work independently and in a group in a fast paced environment, ability to work effectively with state and local government officials, community leaders & organizations, possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation. The salary for this position is $14.42 per hour plus full fringe benefits.
